facebook keep making me do video verification to post and make pages

this has happened to me before on occasion especially where there is high account activity purchasing aged accounts or using proxies does not solve this problem always first i would consider the posting activity and account activity than trying to work around the verification process.

I have seen a team mass posting Reels run into the same issue. Changing accounts and proxies did not help, but slowing down and avoiding identical posting patterns made a big difference. I think it is more about the way the accounts are being used than the accounts themselves
