Getting stupid now. I was able to post for a couple of days then today I get banned. On my other account I can only upload one thing then bans me straight away. I can still go live on my pages but I can't upload content. Does anyone know why this keeps happening? I don't spam, I only upload things that Facebook allow so I'm confused of the bans

I was dealing with similar issues. Here's what I would suggest you do:
1. Using a VPN and masked IP, create a new Facebook account using a different browser than you normally use.
2. Make sure to sign up with a brand new email and not a phone number connected to your other accounts.
3. Spend a few weeks posting and sharing things on the new profile. Join some groups, add some friends, etc. Just do normal things without trying to raise red flags or spam
Once you have done those three steps, you should be able to post on the account without issues. It takes a little patience but it is worth it.

This is what I do all the time. They still keep banning me from uploading. I get that stupid message when I try
Yeah I use VA and some reckon thats the issue. But I've tried everything. Even making myself editor on pages and I still get the same issue.

FB is updating many things. There will likely be many such problems.
Its been happening months
Did you have any luck contacting FB? They only seem to reply when you have and use an ad account. As long as you pay....
