facebook Jr.VIP lottery question

Did I just miss-understand the Jr.VIP upgrade offer?

The way I read it was if I like the page I would be in the lottery upgrade. Now it reads that if you already a Jr.VIP you get renewed for next year.

So I am guessing anyone new that liked that page is not really in the lottery?

Both are in the lottery, if you are already jr VIP and you won the lottery then you get one year up gradation free. And if you are not jr VIP and you won, then you become jr VIP for one year for free.

This is from the Jr. VIP page... "If you have been a member of the forum for at least 60 days, and have made at least 100 posts" that is when you are in for the lottery
