Lately my accounts have started to be charged, I don't understand why this is happening to me. Is there any way to fix it?

If the charges are coming directly from Facebook and you're unsure why . contact fb support
 
Recently, your account has started to be charged for unknown reasons, most likely due to some advertising activity or paid service that has been activated without your notice. To fix this, you should carefully check your payment history and running campaigns or services associated with your account. If you detect any unusual activity, change your password immediately and activate two-factor authentication to protect your account. In case you have not made any transactions at all, contact the support department for inspection and handling, to avoid being charged incorrectly or having your account exploited by bad guys.
 
Facebook is implementing prepayments, so you must pay and then advertise

Please be clear about what you mean, if there are any strange charges you should contact meta support and bank staff for assistance
 
Please double check your bank statements and transaction history on your Meta account (especially Ads Manager if you have one). If you are still unsure, contact Meta Support immediately and also notify your bank for assistance in investigating and securing your account.
