That "3 accs Rotation model" is to make sure you always have one account that you can use. Because there is nothing worser than having no way to advertise because you have No acc.
Because of that I always recommend to have 3 Accounts:
If Account 1 get banned, No Problem you got 2 other Accounts that you can use and have prepared in the mean time.
While starting using the 2 Account you can prepare another account and have the Last (3rd acc as backup If sth went wrong with the 2nd acc Like instant ban etc).
By doing that you always have atleast one Account you can advertise with.

yes you should use multiple accounts, change destination links and change social accounts, if there is cloak technique use it,

That's a common problem, you can fix it by using ad accounts that have a spending history and create campaigns to avoid rejection.

Yes, I agree with you, it is not only banned for BH products, but also Wh products are also unusually banned.
