In 2018 you just use your own personal account, create an ad and thirty minutes later you are running your ad
Nowadays you need to buy a verified BM, an aged profile, a warmed page and bla bla bla...even so, after doing that your ad may be refused because of credit card issues, blacklisted domain and a ton of other additional issues. Very annoying to deal with
