:gives: A few years back I was promoting penis enlarging products and I would scrape my keywords and just happened to scrap a lawyers name, lmao.. well turns out I had oh let's say about 10k pages ranking with his name and PE keywords.. I got calls, letters and emails saying I was gonna be sued, dry humped and hung out to dry if I did not take down all the pages.. I responded with, 'take the shit down your self..' I don't own the search engines.. anyway it's a scare letter, just open new accounts and keep spamming.. fuck'm.

I heard from a couple other guys who received the same letters. The C&D letters are very real. But there were a few things that were strange.
1. The letter came to his personal email.
2. The letter had his First Middle and Last Name
3. The letter had his correct address and he only lived there for a month.
4. His IP is in his GF's name (Time Warner).
5. None of the pages were tied to his personal FB account.
So after some serious brainstorming, we figured the ONLY way this could have happened is if his CPA gave them the info. When he first started out, he used NB. And for the last couple of months he has been using MB. He called MB and they said they would NEVER give out that info, so it had to be NB.
The other guy who got one was a very well known FBML guy who makes the 3-step pages, "Mike".....I'm sure all of the FB marketers know who I am talking about.
So, use proxies and a good CPA company who will protect you in case FB comes looking for you.

Yea its VERY important which CPA company you use. Some just give your information away in 2 secs, some don't unless they receive a court order. But why should he use proxies? do ISPs give out personal information too?
