I think Facebook has me IP banned because one of my business managers is disabled, I logged onto another account on a different computer with a fresh business manager (over a week old) and Facebook disabled this one too before I started running ads... what should I do?

Also I see tons of blackhat marketers that run through accounts all the tine and they're not IP banned so why am I???

I think the problem is not entirely caused by your IP. The problem is mainly because Facebook is restricting a lot of individual accounts from running ads spontaneously. A lot of people have the same situation as you
