Hey,

I heard that there is supposed to be a tool which allows to change the targeted interest without letting the account being reviewed.
has anyone heard of a tool like that? :)

Sorry, I was not very clear. I mean facebook ads. You can select the target group for your ads. Apparently there is a tool which allows you to change the target group without letting the account go under review again.
 
I think yes. you can select for example that the audiance should be gaming. And later you can change it into Gambling with that tool.
