Facebook instant articles

Hi everyone! It's been two or three years since i'm reading this awesome forum and props for all the great guys posting here!
I don't post a lot but because i really wouldn't know what to teach to the members here as I'm not quite there yet but I figured why not ask the community opinion on that tool: Fb instant articles.

Is it only for the big fishes out there like buzzfeed and all or do they also allow small sites into their program?
I have a french tech blog which is not earning much with adsense right now but i post some extensive articles and i drive trafic via ads so I figured i might give it a shot because I read native articles get more reach on Facebook...

Has anyone here already tried it?
