Facebook/Instagram blocked my website new domain doesn't fix

Hi
I haven't spammed my link at all, in fact I hardly used it yet but it was blocked on both Facebook and Instagram, so I tried buying a new domain and diverting, but that didn't fix it. I also had the site moved to it's own private ip but that didn't work. Is there anything I can do to fix it?
How can it detect it's the same link even when I use other domains

Any help appreciated
