Facebook Inflation

Costs have doubled compared to last year for me personally. And I don't even want to compare the numbers to 4 years ago. I'm going all in next year with my ad spending because God knows how bad it's going to get.

Reasons for all of this? Can be several factors. Meta is showing rising profits, so that's a notable development. Could they be making so much money from large companies (think Temu, for example) that small and medium-sized businesses are no longer interesting for them? Do they need more money to fund their AI projects? Do they think they can just get away with it? Is there an influx of new advertisers? Perhaps even all of this.

I spent 500$ but the result is not as expected the cost per result is quite high is it really because of the competition?

Hi everybody,

Currently, FB advertising costs are becoming more and more expensive
CPC has increased to the highest level since the beginning of this year
- is it due to high competition (many bidders)?
- is it due to new meta policies?
- Is Facebook still a potential platform for advertisers to exploit?

What do you think about this issue? Let's discuss it together.
The price increase is a combination of competition + new policies + AI/algorithms.

Facebook is still increasing the number of supporting users, but the “game” is more difficult, requiring more strategies, not “just plug in money and run to get orders” like before.

Yes, It's very expensive. I start working with other platforms

Yes, It's very expensive. I start working with other platforms
I see that many advertisers are shifting to other platforms like tik tok, google,..
I have a question whether those other platforms bring better interaction results or just have cheaper advertising costs

FB is getting tighter, advertisers need to find new ways to save costs, change content to make advertising more effective

The new meta update is annoying, from high CPC low results, now also the problem of not spending even though the product is white

You're spot on about the competition. Beyond regular testing and refined targeting, focusing on the quality of your message and how it resonates with your audience is key. Making that direct connection can help stabilize your spend.

It's true that CPC is quite high, the reason could be due to algorithm changes and the competition rate, everything is saturated.

Just like you said everything on Facebook is getting expensive
Recently due to high competition and product saturation problem, try to change and improve the quality of image content, use less text and increase emphatic icons to stimulate viewers.

Costs are rising due to high competition and Meta algorithm changes. Facebook still has potential, but should incorporate other channels to reduce risk.
