The last time I tried this, many of the emails failed or it went into the "other" folder.

Yeah, I'm getting them too. They are the most annoying things I have ever encountered. The only thing is they use really ugly people as the ewhoring subjects, so I would imagine they aren't doing extremely good with it as of now.. yet.

Facebook lets you use their own email service to send up to 5000 emails to people on facebook every 48 hrs but their really strict on that. Example: To be on the safe side and not go over 5,000 I was about to send around 4,500 emails out the other day, loaded my text file with emails and before I decided to send it I canceled the send emails and added my own fb email address to test how it would look getting the email myself. So after I placed my own email in the text file and uploaded it again about to send the emails facebook gave me a temporary bann on using the service saying I was going to fast.
I can understand if I already sent the emails and was about to send some more but I didnt' even send them yet and they still gave me a ban on using the email service. I think the ban only last 48 hrs so I'll wait another day to try and send the emails out. I've aquired over 5,000 emails catering to the niche of my fanpage which is basicially a cb offer, thats who I'm going to send emails to. to see if I can get some likes out of it and hopefully some convert to some sells..

Its funny, I read this post this morning. I created a new FB profile, and have gotten 3 in my inbox, even though I have no friends. Privacy is set to friends of friends too. I don't think it's some sort of hack, as one message was from a truck driver who looks like he has a 5th grade education. No offense to truck drivers.
