Facebook Inactive Page Reach

Hello,

I've had a nightmare with pages recently with zero reach on my main page.

In a few days my other pages will be back as I have a temp ban. It's been inactive for almost a month with no posts - what is the best way to bring the reach back to normal as in the past inactive pages seem dead forever.
