You don't need to prove anything to them. You ideally would find content on Instagram for example - then make a 3 minute + long video with good editing. You would usually tell the content creator that you will reference their link in the video and put this in the corner. Simple as that. The only way it can be copyright striked is if the owner reports it - but with their permission this won't happen.
