If your ad is not approved for a long time, you can search for a link on the internet that helps with the appeal process. Or, there are some tricks to get your ad approved quickly, but I think appealing with a link is better.

As long as you paying source is good direct debit it Usally working 1 or 2 days easily.
But if there issues, there let you no 3 to 6 days time, as there slow know like Google ads.
Should really used a hire account on the marketplace, and use your real account whitehat only, with pre paid card.
