Facebook Image Tagger software

Hello, i need help on make a facebook image tagger bot or software or even better a php script so i can use it online! I want this program to tag unlimited amount of profiles. I also want it to harvest friends profile and all of my friends profile to make it available for tagging on my image. I also want it to do is enable to provide a list or profiles(your own list) that have been previously harvested and harvest all of their friends profile for tagging. If this can be done in php to make it available online is even better. Please pm me a price if it can be done. Thanks!
