Facebook/IG Chinese "Drainage" Automation Tool?

Long time lurker, first time poster here.

I've been staying in China/Taiwan for the past couple of months, enough for most of the content I view to be strictly catered towards their own people now. I then suddenly came across one of these sponsored posts so Iooked into it some more.

Has anyone ever used something like this before? Are there any US equivalents?
I tried looking for this specific program, but all the links are sketchy.

From what I can gather, this program can:

• Auto-register for virtually unlimited number of accounts
• purchase dedicated phone numbers used for authentication for each individual account
• generate (or use syntax) names based on region (american names, chinese names, japanese names)
• mass add friends
• mass text, email, and message new friends -- etc.
• then also save all records in individual txt files for later use.

Interface almost looks like a bunch of Bluestacks windows open..?
