I think he means its more likely permanat bank like eactly paypal does ( ..
I am not into fb marketing and no farming but i have multiple fb accounts as i am into black hat niche marketing. so build least 3 a week . i own 40 - 50 fb profiles. If everything is unique and totally dedicated footprints many things will be fine. Everything happens cause of footprints ..

Each profile requires an email and a contact number. how do you manage to get them 3 times a week?

It ain't easy as it used to be. you can try creating fake once but not sure about the success ratio and it would be crime itself.
oh ok I see, when you talk about footprints are you speaking in terms of device canvas footprints or as a whole that includes the IP?

LOL nah i am not into fb marketing. I just create fb account for other purposes. Social login / register etc. I am a niche marketer with seo..too hard to find real audience on fb to my niche... plus i wonder fb ever allow my practices last long

a footprint also more commonly known as a fingerprint includes IP, geo, machine type, timezone, OS, etc
