Facebook ID (Fid) DB use

Hi everyone,
I have a large DB of Fid's, and I want to create custom audience targeting list from it, but for some reason, FB does not recognize these id's as Fid's.
Does someone know how to target my ads to Fid's? I wonder if I missed something...

Advertise on BHW
split your ids into groups of ids, create some facebook accounts, assign each account to add from 1 group of ids.
when you have enough accepted friend requests on your accounts..
make accounts like the page / post, you want to promote , and use settings in ad ( Friends of people who like this )

Have not properly understood this, but soundsan interesting method.

Get simpelaudiens it should help you turn UIDs to Emails
 
Hi guys,
Thanks for all the answers but I don't want to convert these Fid's to emails, just use it as UID in "Custom Audience".
The situation now is that I have some Fid's but it doesn't recognize it as Fid's, even though it 100% valid Fid.
Any suggestions?

only convert to email or phone number!
 
Custom audience does not recognize FB UID anymore. Like the above member said convert to email and then add to the look alike audience.
Either email or phone is accepted in the field.

yep, but I can convert uid to email or phone! and you can creat new audiences targeting! give me anyone profile or page, group I can test for you!
