Facebook ID Card Verification

Hello,
I have a question. I upload the ID card to 2 facebook account.
The first one receive the message "Your account is unlocked"
the 2nd one "Your account is reactivated"

Is there any difference between them?

Seems like one was only locked, the other one was deactivated. Difference is, locked accounts, you can still see them on facebook with the url from any other account, deactivated accounts you can't.
