Hello. Facebook has just removed my biggest Facebook Fan Page! (1 million!) Hours after it was unpublished.
How do i proceed now?
I'm thinking of hiring a lawyer but i dont know if that would work..
Feeling so bad right now

Hiring a lawyer? You agreed their terms during signup, which gives them full control over your content. You cant do anything legally against them.

you're hardly trying to reach post count number 15, aren't you?

Or he was trying to be witty since the OP's name is FacebookMarketing. Gave me a chuckle.

P.S. It looks like you are inflating your post count as well - you do realize that there is a multiquote option and you do not have to post 2 replies back to back. Pot calling the kettle black?

Now come on that stroke of comedy genius is worthy of a straight to post 15 pass in my book

In fact it's up there with superhacker or hackergenius or something that lost all his youtube videos because somebody hacked his 300 accounts.

Yeah... You get nothing for hiring a lawyer.. Just bear in mind that all the pages belong to fb first and then the creator or admin.. They can do anything any time.

Move on, hire a lawyer if you want to throw away some money though.

He was few seconds faster than me. I read his post after posting mine.

What reasoning did they send you on why they removed it?

dude move on , instead of paying a lawyer on an already lost case , create another page and use that money to promote it :)

I already had the same problem. I had a big facebook page banned because of clickjack scripts.

There is nothing to do. Create a new page is the only alternative.

Don't throw money on lawyers , first read what you accepted in TOS. If those are real likes create a new page with the same name and maybe they come back

Welcome to the world of internet marketing! If you haven't been screwed over by some big company you aren't pushing your limits I say.

There is nothing you can do to get that page back OP - just learn and move on. In IM you've really gotta manage your cash flow and save for rainy days. Anyone that spends everything they make doesn't last long in this business.

Remember just like LEASING a house or car.... when using a 2.0 you are leasing you do not own and this can be "called by the bank" aka taken from you with no warning at any point. It sucks but it's real
