Facebook has changed the payment threshold

Perhaps Facebook has reset the ad account limit to be more consistent with the previous adjustments

I have paid 3 times 1k$ each time the payment threshold cannot be increased anymore.

The threshold increase is 10% so most thresholds will change, or some high spending accounts will also have their threshold increased.
