facebook has block it

One of my client have a profil page but the facebook has block it . Do you know how to restore the account ?or if you know how can transfer the block acount all the likes and the post etc to the new profil page that create? A company in greece tell me that can do it with some cost ? Do you have a idea how can do it?

If it is blocked then go through the verification process FB provides first.
If it still does not help then simple contact their support.
If you don't get access to your account, I am pretty much sure that you won't be able to retrieve your pages.
