Can pva get banned if I use them with proxies?

Yes, if you abuse an account it will lead to a ban. If you use bad proxies it will lead to a ban.

I would not use any public proxies unless you dont care about the longevity of the accounts. your best bet is to get some private proxies. you could find some "private" "cheap ones" at fiverr, but who knows if they are really private. I would not trust one private proxy provider with all your accounts and would try to test them for as long possible before committing all your accounts to them.
