I think Facebook Groups is not important thing. Because it get entertainment. that's all..

You can get decent traffic, based on your niche, I personally get around 100k reach

You can get plenty of traffic just don't look like a spammer, spread your activities across many accounts and IP addresses and rotate domains or use sort sort of cloaking.
