Hi there
I have about 10 fb accounts and when i join groups and post on them they get me to verify my account !
I wanted to know whats the daily limit number of groups that i can join and in how many groups can i post so i dont have problems with facebook !
Please help !!

new accounts join about 5/8 per day max

5-6 group per day/ 1 account

Not 5/8 Days , First they verify your account.
Then the group admin will decide weather we will accepted by that group or not.So it is not matter for days it is matter group admin.
some of the group admin accepted my request with few mins.For some them am waiting for more then a Month

You can create a new account, pva it, be active on it on a daily basis( likes, posts, shares, some comments)
and after a period of a week or so, you can start joining like crazy.
After you get accepted on various different groups, manually add your other accounts, with this specific account.
So you use this 'master' account to invite your other 'dummy' accounts.

All me accounts are Phone verified accounts even that am facing this issue.
So , groups still not accepted my request which request are more then 3 Months Old.
i need any way to join max.of number groups.

dont just join groups
do other proper activity
dont think like bot
do like human
