facebook groups

hi guys, on facebook i see groups more than 2 million users, but i believe that if you even buy accounts and login to that accounts and app people manually with script , u will need 100 years to increase it so high, people are selling google chrome extension in my country, so what does this xtension do:
1.you add this etension to your website . must have facebook traffic
2.when user clicks add extension they automatically send join group request and when admin approves their friends are automatically added to that group.

so im interested if anyone knows about this. does this really work?
or please can u give me an alterative ways to increase my group so high.
