they bot the followers or they bait people sending DMs like join this group with beautifull girls and you can date them but there is no girl and they mass spam dms also they could have another group and just told everyone to move there too and follow them, seeing this a lot.

This should be happened because a bot or fraudulent advertisement is used. or else may be ultimately joined many in that group for the reason for this "girls" word.

I think they use more bots, and they also create many clone accounts to join the group, when you message some members, the clone account have replied to your messages

Note the posts in this group. The bots are really cool, many have a few hundred thousand subscribers. They stupidly comment on the post so that their friends can see the group!

These members have probably been acquired, it is now common to do so. You can purchase such services for all your accounts on any platform. That you said they are real people may be true because there are services made by real people, it could be one of them.
