You must go on your group admin page. Among tools on the left side of your screen, you must have a membership questions bar. In it you can set up questions then choose between several possible ways of answering (boxes to tick, written answers or multiple choices). When you're done just press save.

To set membership questions for a Facebook group, follow these steps:
- Go to the Facebook group that you want to set membership questions for.
- Click on "More" in the menu on the left side of the group's page.
- Select "Edit Group Settings."
- Scroll down to the "Membership" section and click on "Membership Questions."
- Click on "Add Question" and enter your question in the text box.
- Select the type of answer you want members to provide (short answer, multiple choice, or checkbox).
- If you want the question to be required, toggle on the "Required" switch.
- Click "Save" to add the question to your group's membership screening process.

How to ask questions to members who are waiting to join the Facebook group
1. Click the badge icon with a star on the right side of the interface.
2. Select the group settings section, then navigate to the Members section and select the Question for members waiting for approval.
3. Select the Add another question, then Enter the question text, Click Save.
