so what's your suggestion? Warming the accounts up for a few weeks and slowly start posting? I have worked with fb groups myself, but just sold a few items. Maybe I'm going to start all over, do you have any tips?

Facebook Groups still work and it'll work for a very long time.
Because Facebook Groups contain a lot of active and rela people and these groups are used to bring traffic to the site easily and effectively.
