Hello! I have experience with Facebook Fanpages promotion, but I see that Facebook Groups have more potential. So I have bought course on Udemy about Facebook Groups promotion and I still don't know to much about it. Now I have just created two Facebook Groups: one public (5 users after few days) and one private (0 users). First group I have beeng promoting posts of this group on other tematically groups but Facebook gave me a punishment. I can't now share posts of my group on other groups. So maybe I should do high quality posts on these groups and the people will join my groups naturally. So maybe you know good methods to promote and grow Facebook Groups?!

Thanks in advance

You can create Interactive Content: Create posts that encourage member engagement, such as open-ended questions, topic discussions, or surveys. For example, you could ask, “What’s your favorite content from our group?” or host a discussion about a hot topic. This will encourage participation and create a sense of community.

You can create unique and high-quality content: Valuable posts such as tutorials, tips, or entertaining content related to the group topic. Use videos, high-quality images, or host discussions to create interaction. Set a regular posting schedule: Maintain 3–5 posts per week or more, depending on engagement.
Use a post scheduling tool (like Meta Business Suite) to save time.

Allow members to log in: Build a group to build a growing community with a common goal. Therefore, allowing members to post will help them express their voices, thereby making the group transparent and increasing interactions. If you are afraid of quality issues, you can enable post or comment moderation. Focus on a topic: For the group to develop long-term, you need to have a topic and follow that topic. By relying on that topic, you can build suitable content.

I think the group must have quality posts then the number of participants will gradually increase, you can invite participants to the group, create quality posts for discussion.

We often advise our customers on the following steps and achieve results after only 1 month:
1) Determine the purpose of creating the Facebook group and the target audience.
2) Plan and produce content.
3) Interact regularly with group members.
4) Create surprises for members.
5) Set separate rules for the group.

Groups often post articles to share experiences, hot news, create topics for debate, and invite friends to join.

If you share this group post to another group, you will be punished. You can find hot topics and create discussions to attract members faster.

I often see them using intriguing, sensational content to stimulate viewers, then they leave the group link and call to action to join to read the details. I feel this method is very basic but always effective.

You can refer to some of the following ways to see how:
- Provide valuable and useful articles.
- Interact and connect regularly with group members by posting questions.
- Add people with similar interests and purposes to the group.
- Set clear rules before adding members so they know what will happen if they violate them.
- Run ads to increase group members.
= Group activities are all aimed at a common topic, so that the group can develop in the most stable and long-term way.

create a survey or discussion on hot topics, post entertaining and useful content for the community; need to maintain posting frequency, interact with members by responding to their comments and questions...

You read Facebook policies carefully to avoid being banned. In addition, you share the group on posts on your personal page so that more people will know about it. You focus on the content of your posts. The better your content is, the more people will know about your group.

You can use your FB page to boost your group like do post engagements and include the group link on all your posts or engagement campaigns

I think it's better to market on many different channels, then pull your traffic source to the Facebook group, I see that's what many advertisers are doing now and it's very effective, you can try it!

Building a page and then asking people to join the group is more effective than building the group from scratch.
