Facebook Groups on a new account ??

Hi guys i'm looking for a good guide for using facebook groups on a new account the do's and don'ts. I notice when i used a account i been using for awhile i can list on a lot of groups but when i do new accounts they get suspended and want id verify. i'm usely listing in only 100 or less local groups. last account i did i listed just fine sold my item then went through and deleted all the post and ill be dammed if i didn't get banned for just del post. So i was wondering whats safe amount of post i can start off list in in a days time. i use mass-planner as well.
