facebook groups - comment restrictions

Hello,

Has anyone managed to solve the problem of commenting in Facebook groups? Since the beginning of July, Facebook has started limiting how much you can comment in groups, and if you overdo it, you get a 24h ban. Has anyone found the upper limit of how many comments you can post, for example, in an hour or in 24 hours? Have you found any way to bypass this restriction? Please, no generic ChatGPT-type answers , only personal experiences. Thank you!
Currently, Facebook has not announced the exact limit on the number of comments in a group, but many users have noted that commenting too much in a short period of time can lead to being banned. You should leave a certain amount of time between comments, for example 5 to 10 minutes. Instead of just commenting continuously, try creating richer content such as articles or videos to reduce the frequency of comments.

I’ve also noticed Facebook tightening restrictions on group comments lately. From my experience, the limit seems to depend on both the account’s trust level and how fast you’re posting.

To avoid spam, you should divide your commenting time, only spam 5 times per hour. If Facebook spams you for 24 hours, it's because of your speed (you spam too fast, spam too many groups...)

the safest bet is just to slow down a little :(

From my experience, Facebook’s limits are really unpredictable now—depends on account age, group activity, and past behavior. For a fresh or mid-aged account, I noticed safe posting is about 5–10 comments per hour in multiple groups, max 50–60 in 24 hours. The only real “bypass” is slow, natural activity: mix likes, reactions, and posts, don’t just spam comments. Any aggressive commenting triggers 24h blocks fast.

I just slow down my commenting, keep it under 1000 per day, and rotate between accounts. Works much better and avoids 24h blocks

I commented about 5 posts in a row, and received a notice of comment suspension within 24 hours, I don't think 5 posts is a large number for me to receive such a warning, I really don't understand what the limit of fb is.

1000 per day? With how many accounts? R u talking about commenting in facebook groups? I can't even comment 10 comments per profile in fb group

Doesn’t really matter bro, you just need to change up the content a bit and leave enough gap between comments, then it’s fine

The limit isn’t fixed — it depends on an account’s trust level, age, and activity history. New accounts are flagged much faster, sometimes after only 10–15 comments, while older, warmed-up accounts can handle 40–50+ per day. Once you reach the hidden threshold, Facebook usually issues a 24-hour block, and repeated violations reduce the tolerance even further. There’s no real “bypass” other than slowing down, diversifying activity (likes, posts, etc.), and rotating accounts.

Hey, yeah I’ve run into the same issue lately. From personal experience, keeping comments under 10–15 per hour and spreading them across multiple groups seems to help avoid the 24h ban. Also, varying the comment text and avoiding copy-paste helps reduce flags. Using warmed-up accounts with natural activity history works better too. Still testing limits, but so far this cautious approach has been working for me.

Is that a Meta-engineered feature, or does it come from the FB group admins?

Didn’t find a hard number, but batching comments too fast always triggers it. Slow and spread out is the only way I’ve managed.
