Posting links in groups automatically reduces the reach of the post. So a couple of ways you can do it is get a lot of likes and comments on a post that has a link in it. The likes don't do much but the comments will help it move up the posts shown to people in the group. Another way is so make the post and then post a comment below with the link and get likes and comments to that post. If you get enough likes and comments then the post starts appearing in group members own news feeds and not just when they in the group.
