I have a problem with my Facebook group. Posts are reaching non-American members. I want to specify the country in question in my group.

The only way is to attract them by creating contents targeting to their demographics. FB has no option for you to limit the members like that

That's not possible, but you can focus in bringing american members to your group and manually reject or ban members from somewhere else

You can filter members and you can enable browsing of questions, but I think this won't affect the reach of the post too much, it will be better recommended in the group.
