Hello Everyone,

Long story short, Someone gifted me a FB group to me 1 week ago which has 4k member in it and increasing day by day!

I want to grow the group to at least 30k-40k members.

The group is a Local group wherein people post about their day to day needs like any suggestions about a good gynac, anyone want to blood and all sort of things and some people post ads about the business they do and sell stuff.

So, suggest me how can I grow the group?

Also I ask people to invite their friends in the group? And if they invite "N" number of members of friends I will Pin their topic for 3 days?
(will this goes against FB policy?)

Can I post paid ads for group invitation??

I will monetize the group as and when it grows!

Any other suggestions?

Optimize the SEO of the group in the description.

Write a weekly welcome message in the group and get the people talking by asking them an open ended question relevant to the the group.

Keep your entry questions short and sweet.

Accept more people even if they might be from outside the area. FB will see the influx of traffic and start promoting you.

These are things I learned growing my group to 40k. But be warned, growing a group to this size is damn near a full time job to keep it clean and scammer/scum free.

I usually sell them off when they are in the 40K range as the scammer/scum are more hassle than it is worth even if I have a VA in the process.

I'm really at that stage myself honestly, as it's pretty mentally exhausting to keep it afloat, even with help.

You can get a decent dollar if your engagement is solid... depending on the niche you are looking at between 700.00 and 900.00.

You could even create a BST for it here as I did that a while back and the group I had sold very fast.

I cannot have a BST as I am staff but I'll try and put something together as to how I grow my groups for the community.

As I know you can't use paid ads for group invitations. Invite people and motivate group members to invite their friends. Try to concentrate on your niche and don't allow people to post everything, in that way you will grow number of members
