I have a total of 100 thousand on Facebook and I want to profit from it .. I do not have Adsense

To receive help it would be better if you say what niche is the facebook group
 
I also need help to monetize my facebook group. Currently I have 740k members. Gaming group
 
You could try from different angles. Offer Amazon's products of the day with your affiliate link, create a game in the playstore and easily rank it using all that facebook group public ...
 
You could offer products and create your own site and profit from it that way, you could also do various giveaway tactics! If you want anymore help, ask below! I'll be happy to assist you :)

So the moderator has kindly asked that I put this here, and that's absolutely fine - I'll share some basic knowledge ideas depending on the niche; if it's a random niche [No real direction, just a page to post memes or something similar] you can advertise / create your own store front - advertising perhaps a "fidget-spinner" type product - a universal product that people desire for these types of pages.

You can adapt this per page / per niche.

@Ken Ferrer for your Gaming Page, you could advertise new and upcoming games, or simply create your own brand associated behind your page and try and develop a business.

I'm not sure how far you guys want to go, and how much time you have to put into these websites, but if you need anymore assistance - I'll be happy to help on this thread :)
