I have a Facebook group that I have had for around 2 years. It has 4,000+ members in the bodybuilding niche. It gets around 20+ new members every day and around 10-20 posts from members every day. I personally have not been moderating and posting in it. Should I sell the group or should I start posting with some offers?

I would try making money in the group before thinking about selling it, though it would have been easier if you had been active this whole time instead of coming out of nowhere randomly to sell shit.

May be promote some supplement affiliate offers and pin your post at the top. You can also build a list.

The reason I am more so leaning towards selling it is I know I will make more on my current project which I am in need of some more capital to invest.

you can easily sell stuff in there with 4k members, just need the right items for the niche
