I think there are some websites like Postcron or Postplanner which does that....
Not sure though it will post in groups...

I downloaded this one a few months ago and it couldn't work. Then i abondon it
because it looks very risky and could give unknown persons access to your Facebook
account.

nowadays everything on facebook is riskfull LOL

It'll get more clicks just posting to a few groups with highest reaches. No need to post to so many groups.
