How do you find the groups?

1. What facebook account mean : it is better to use old facebook accounts, Use more facebook accounts, Phone verified is best.
2. Just search on facebook "use graph search" : Some thing like // find all groups named "keywords"//
3. sorry no one can provide you list, you must need to search own list.
4. Multiple languages groups may be possible, But you can't control on search
5. use more accounts and use less per account to do spam
6. depends on your niche, activeness of groups and content quality of your spam massage.

How do you find the groups? You search them
Can you provide lists of the groups? My list of groups generate a lot of money for myself I picked them 1 by 1, and I don't think anyone including myself would provide a good group list that has decent traffic, more people promoting in a group = less traffic for themselves in that group.
Can you find groups in multiple languages? Of course
How do you avoid being blocked for spamming? Use decent API
What are your rates? Not for free thats for sure
