Facebook group spam with autoposter problem??

Hello, i have all have this problem.
I use autoposter. the post link to group i get You're temporarily restricted from joining and posting to groups
first six groups posting okey, when post 7 get ban. id don't get ban, get ban then post to 47 group.
Anyone have solution, how to post more then 47 groups or don't get ban to 7 or 47 group? anyone tested this?
i use FBMPGP poster.

Posting to 47 groups with 1 account the same day? If you are then thats your problem now with FB. I wouldnt be posting anymore than 10 at the very most now.
 
Start off slowly, post in 5-10 groups at first and after few days move that up to more posts
 
How many post you per day? from your regular user? use poster? what delay time?
 
Which autoposter still works for FB group posting?

I used to post a ton on groups I recently did get the 1 week ban. What i plan on doing is making more facebook accounts and spread out the posts so i dont get banned again.
