You create more FB accounts.. Then you divide the target groups into the number of accounts you have. So, if you have 5 FB accounts, each FB account will post to only 2 groups.

You should use old accounts that have verified your identity to be less likely to be banned from spam

If your profile is active daily and created for >3 years: 20 comments on 10 groups a day
If under: better 5-10 groups but each group 1 comment and notice the admin of the group. No matter how strong is your profile, once the admin or moderator report you, your account will be banned

first your account warmup if suddenly posting unlimited its damm sure banned your id

I think because you post too much at once, you need to take a break before posting the second, third,..., if not fb will mark you as spam and you can't post
