Hi! Do you guys know limits for posting in fb groups? I joined 10 groups, posted there and account got limit. Looking for somebody who can consult me about work with fb groups. Thank you!

Facebook groups and spam don't go well together.

It's similar to YouTube comments.

Better forget it and find a way to get maximum exposure for a single post.

Tricks include boosting posts with likes and feedback. You can also pay the owner / admin to pin it.

If you post too much, your account will be limited, because Facebook considers it spam, so you should post at a certain time, don't post too much at one
 
If you post a lot, facebook will think you are spam
Please post at a time apart to avoid being spotted by facebook
 
Continuously posting at the same time will be marked as spam; instead, divide your posting into different time frames.
 
tthere is no a specific limit, that is more related to the admin of each group and if they see you are posting 3 or 4 times every day nothing relevant for them they will restrict you on the group or ban you from that group.
 
It depends on the group you join, maybe the group admin only allows 2-3 posts a day for example. And if you post multiple posts at the same time or with the same content, Facebook will consider it spam and ban you

There are no limits if you do it properly, you need to increase the distance between the two posts so that FB thinks it's not spam from your account.

A lot of people did it manually and the posts were spaced out, they did it in about 80 groups every day

Did it from my main account. Now it's banned.

Fail. It was warmed up to the limit.
 
you started wrong, you should join the groups and wait a few hours before posting
 
You posted so fast that Facebook understood you were a machine so they limited it
 
If you post too much, it will violate the group's rules. Please contact the admin to pin your posts to the top instead of posting too many
 
You can use several FB profiles to post to the group, or divide your posting time to avoid posting at the same time
 
There is no specific limit, but if you post too many posts at the same time, you will be banned
