I created a facebook group for Fiverr gigs fav exchange, and I've put as a requirement to be approved to fav my own fiverr gig, any tips or suggestions on how to grow such a group with lots of members? Any help would be appreciated

You could try to scrape fiverr/other freelancers site followers list from their instagram and mail them.
