Facebook group posting safezone?

If I'm sharing blog posts onto Facebook groups what measures should I take to prevent accounts being banned? How spammy is too spammy?

Obviously there's limits on how many posts you can make in a time period but if you're talking spammy then that's not going to be your concern, getting reported en masses is going to cause you problems if that's the case.
