yes , it's hard to get traffic from facebook in these days but not impossible ...I use my second fb account also to posting text with photo ... I made under 200 posts per day (random photos and the same text) don't get blocking.

DESCRIPTION : 300 post per day
IDEA :
- use 3 account
- for 100 post use 1 account after posting make pause 2 hours with different activity liking add some friends and then try to post another 100 post
- the same thing do with 3rd account
- posting text shouldnt be always the same

This is the main problem, we only start posting after a sleep of 2-6 hours, that's why we got banned.

i'm on 200 posts a day , on 3 facebook account using 3 vps.
posting on 100 groups take 3 hours, after finished logout, after 6 hours login, start talking with friends, or just say hello to everyone
response to all requests and reply to all comments you have until you have zero notifications.

Start again the same process.

It's works for me

Make sure you do a right interval between posts. Don't post every 5secs, take some time.

posting manually or using mass planner i get blocked after 3 posts.... this is only the beggining. facebook will get even worse trust me

i did a test: posting to 100 groups with a delay of 60-120, sleep after 100 groups for 1 hour. 211 posts so far with 1 accounts without bans
