Is there a time frame that is best to post to FB groups...like 8am-10pm?

What tool are you using to automate posting with?

well this depends on the timezone of the group members. if majority of the members reside in similar timezone, then evening probably would work better.

you can post anytime at facebook group . but dont post over. then i will bannd you

there's obviously no general good timeframe to post, each group consists of members, it depends where they're from to be able to make up a good posting time, you'll have to post several times at different hours and see how much interaction you had.

as for automating posting, try Jarvee
