Facebook group posting + adsene still work?

It does work I get traffic from fb groups in my travel niche website.

There's a difference though between posting & spamming groups.

Spamming used to work in past not anymore.
 
Yes Facebook group posting works if you post good content or else the group admins take action. You need to be active in group discussions on other posts so that you become a known name and gain some trust. Do not post your offers directly in the group add some type of twist so that it should not look like direct selling.
 
It used to work, but I'm not sure if it still does.
