post 15 groups per acc /day with 60 - 90 second interval. still work though but you will get few traffic.

if you post more then 15- 20 groups high risk of getting block. or instant ban / ask for id verification / spam verification / block for 1 month and stuff.
just try and try

Try posting to only 10-12 groups per Acc/Per day.... even if your accounts are aged 50 per acc per day will definitely come off as spam because it's unrealistic of the common fb user to do something like that.

also fb is getting strict, start posting High Quality Content AKA HQ Spam instead of crappy spam that can be detected easily

Facebook is getting more secure and reliable day by day . So , be careful about facebook posting and never try to spam . Be more careful about groups .

Ot when facebook make update post 15-20 groups per day ? how i remember before i make many more posts per day ?
